Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Content Designer to craft accessible, user-centred content across public and private sector projects. You will champion inclusive design, use research data to inform journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex language.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams to design and deliver user-centred services.
Experience designing content for diverse users including accessibility and assisted digital needs.
Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards and WCAG.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with clients across projects, influencing content decisions.
Create and iterate accurate user-centred content to meet user needs.
Use analytics and user research to map user journeys and improve content.
Champion inclusive design throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborate with design, research, and engineering teams in iterative, agile ways.
