Content Designer

Location and Contract Details: Remote working with occasional travel to client offices in London and/or Leeds. 12-month contract. Umbrella only, £450 per day.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. Managing and mentoring high-performing content teams, providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback within a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
2. Acting autonomously and with authority, effectively managing changing priorities and deadlines.
3. Persuading stakeholders to adopt a user-centred, evidence-based approach by presenting information and arguments clearly and convincingly, both verbally and in writing.
4. Scoping, writing, editing, and managing user-centred content across various platforms, tools, and transactional services.
5. Understanding the broader implications and long-term impacts of business issues and activities.
6. Developing and embedding content standards, guidelines, and processes that promote quality, consistency, and best practices.
