A leading financial institution is seeking a Content Designer on a 9-month fixed-term contract in Edinburgh. Salary: £59,850 - £66,500
Hours: Full-Time
Duration: 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office.
About the opportunity
We're looking for someone to help bring our digital experiences to life. You'll be the expert on the copy, tone and personality of apps and websites our customers rely on every single day.
Within this team, you'll combine research and insights with clear people-focussed language to refine and develop conversations with customers to help them do what they need to do. You'll be comfortable giving and receiving feedback to key internal customers across the business, and will work closely with product teams to create success metrics.
As a Content Designer, it'll be your role to create engaging, readable, accessible content that gives our customers great digital experiences. You'll also:
What you'll need
Experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer.
Familiarity working in a complex landscape - ideally financial services.
A collaborative mindset ready to be a part of a busy multi-disciplinary team.
Flexibility in writing on-brand content in multiple tones of voice.
Confidence in writing concise, clear and consistent copy for different channels.
The ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across product, risk, legal and branding teams.
Experience using and collaborating in Design platforms, such as Figma.
