Overview

We're partnering with a premium global technology leader on a contract opportunity that offers real creative influence.

As a Content Design Producer, you'll be working in the Books team, overseeing the full production cycle from initial concept to final delivery across diverse projects and formats.

Ideally, candidates will have experience working within a global organisation on high-profile, impactful projects.

This role will be starting mid November and will run for an initial 4 month period, candidates must be UK based as this is based in London with 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full production process for content across various media streams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, resource planning, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones
• Identify potential challenges early on and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure flawless execution of all deliverables

Qualifications

• Significant experience in creative production, with a focus on design and illustration projects, either in agencies or in-house environments
• Experience working with international brands or organisations, with multi-language and culturally diverse content
• Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and collaborating across teams and regions
• Experience managing global workflows and schedules, with sensitivity to different time zones and cultural nuances
