In addition to the tasks, we ask that you submit a brief intro letter along with your understanding of the Tape brand, what areas you think we could improve, and how you believe you can contribute to that improvement.

We are looking to build a team of on-site and off-site creators, so no idea or concept is too big or too small. If your idea makes sense and demonstrates the ability to execute, we will engage with you.

Available Positions

Social Media Manager

  • Develop a social media campaign for an upcoming event or product launch, including:
  • Creating a content calendar with post ideas.
  • Designing 3 Instagram posts and 1 Instagram Story with cohesive branding.
  • Writing captions that align with Tape’s tone and audience.
  • Suggesting potential influencers or brand partnerships to amplify the campaign.

Graphic Designer

  • Design a flyer for an upcoming event or new collection launch that embodies the Tape Lifestyle Brand:
  • Incorporate key brand colors, typography, and elements.
  • Ensure the design works for both print and digital formats.
  • Create an Instagram version and other formats optimized for social platforms.

Video Editor

  • Edit a 30-second teaser video for a Tape event or product launch, including:
  • Cutting together footage from a recent event or product shoot.
  • Adding transitions, music fitting Tape’s brand, and branded text overlays.
  • Creating a version for Instagram Stories and the main feed.

Content Writer

  • Write a blog post or article that captures the essence of the Tape Lifestyle Brand, focusing on a specific event, artist, or collection:
  • Highlight cultural, musical, and fashion-forward aspects of Tape’s community.
  • Use engaging storytelling while maintaining Tape’s tone.

Photographer/Videographer

  • Capture behind-the-scenes photos or videos of a Tape event or shoot:
  • Shoot candid moments, product shots, or interviews that highlight Tape’s authentic vibe.
  • Edit photos/videos to match Tape’s aesthetic and brand mood.

Digital Marketer

  • Create an email marketing campaign to promote a new product or upcoming event:
  • Develop a sequence of at least 3 emails.
  • Include persuasive copy, clear CTAs, and designs that resonate with Tape’s community.
  • Suggest segmentation strategies to target different parts of Tape’s audience (e.g., music fans, fashion lovers).
