The Financial Conduct Authority is looking for a Video & Photography Content Creator to join their Communications Directorate. This role involves leading the creation of engaging multimedia content that supports FCA's strategic messaging. You will work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to produce high-quality video and photography that communicates effectively to various audiences. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in videography and photography, along with proficient skills in editing with Adobe Creative Suite.

Salary – National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £43,300 to £46,433 and London from £46,400 to £50,000 (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in creating, managing, and optimising video and photographic content across websites and social media. You’ll deliver creative assets quickly and effectively for both internal and external audiences.
Highly organised and creative, you will thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong skills in video production, editing, graphics, and photography to elevate our communications campaigns. As part of our design team, you’ll develop corporate video and photography that supports FCA priorities, driving public confidence and behaviour change. You'll collaborate closely with strategic comms partners and senior leaders—including ExCo—to tailor content for specific audiences and channels, while assessing its impact and effectiveness.
