Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator, TikTok Specialist, and Live Host to join our team on-site. You’ll be the face and voice of BullyBillows across our social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok. From trend-savvy short-form video content to engaging live product showcases, your work will help build our brand’s presence and connect with dog lovers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Original Content: Plan, shoot, edit and post high-quality, engaging short-form videos with a focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels alongside long-form YouTube videos.
• TikTok Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with current TikTok trends while reflecting the BullyBillows brand.
• Live Hosting: Be the on-camera host for regular live streams showcasing our products, offering tips, and interacting with the audience in real time.
• Grow Our Audience: Drive brand visibility, follower growth, and engagement through compelling content and community interaction.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure messaging and branding are consistent.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating engaging social media content, particularly on TikTok and Instagram
• Confident and charismatic on camera – live hosting experience is a major plus
• Excellent video editing skills (using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, etc.)
• Passion for social trends, memes, and viral content
• A love for dogs and an understanding of pet owner communities
• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and be part of a fast-paced, creative team

Nice to Have

• Experience working with lifestyle or pet-related brands
• Basic photography and graphic design skills
• Familiarity with livestream platforms like TikTok LIVE or Instagram Live
• Knowledge of social media KPIs and content performance tools (e.g. TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
