Job summary

ANCC Studio is building a roster of Content Creators for social-first work across our fashion and luxury accounts. This is a roster call-out. Portfolios are reviewed on a rolling basis and we\'ll be in touch when a brief aligns.

London-based, with on-set or in-studio capture days and remote edits for social platforms. We’re looking for creators with proven short‑form video skills, capable of shooting on phone or camera, editing with pace to engage audiences on Instagram and TikTok, and

Job description

ANCC Studio is building a roster of Content Creators for social-first work across our fashion and luxury accounts.

This is a roster call-out. We won't respond to immediate submissions. Portfolios are reviewed on a rolling basis and we'll be in touch when a brief aligns.

London-based.

Shoot and edit social-first content on set and in-studio, including reels, stories, BTS, and short‑form video built for the feed.

Work from creative direction and content calendars, turning shoot days into platform‑ready assets at pace.

Edit natively in CapCut, Premiere, or in‑app tools, with type, sound, and pacing that feel current to each platform.

Capture BTS during campaign and e‑commerce shoots without getting in the way of the main unit.

Deliver organised, correctly formatted files across aspect ratios, ready for scheduling.

The Candidate

Experience creating social content for fashion, beauty, or luxury brands, with work you can point to in the wild.

Fluent in short‑form video, from shooting on phone and camera to editing with pace and holding attention in the first second.

An instinct for what performs on Instagram and TikTok, without chasing trends that don't fit the brand.

Comfortable on set, quick, discreet, and easy for the wider crew to work around.

Able to take direction from a content calendar and still bring ideas back to it.

Tidy file handling and reliable delivery across formats and ratios.

Motion graphics or photography skills are a bonus, not a requirement.

London-based or able to work to UK hours, with availability for shoot days when needed.

Working with ANCC

Freelance or contract‑based, tied to project scopes and POs. Collaboration with our Creative, Social, and Production teams. On set or in‑studio for capture days, remote for edits. Opportunities across campaign, e‑commerce, and always‑on social content.

Portfolio link, social handles, or a concise PDF (under 15 MB) showcasing social‑first work for fashion or luxury brands. A short note outlining availability, relevant experience, and typical day rate. Location and UK right‑to‑work information for on‑site shoots. Optional: motion graphics, photography, or paid social experience welcome.
