Job summary

Weights AI is seeking a remote freelance creator to produce about 3 short-form videos weekly (15–60 seconds each) for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. You will showcase Weights AI features like voice training, AI covers and Remix, with creative freedom and fast-paced iteration.

You should have a portfolio, a feel for music/meme culture, and proficiency with CapCut or Premiere to deliver engaging content on deadlines. This role offers flexibility and credits for experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Create about 3 short-form videos per week (12 per month), each 15–60 seconds.
• Show the product in action: training your own voice, before-and-after AI covers, AI Remix and quick tutorials.
• Follow trending sounds and formats and adapt them fast.
• Write hooks, captions and on-screen text that make people stop scrolling.
• Share what performs and why, so each batch of videos is better than the last.
• Optionally post to your own channels, or deliver files for ours.

About Weights AI

Weights AI is a free AI cover generator. You pick from 2,000+ community voices or train a model of your own voice, upload a song, and get an AI cover in about a minute. Users can also remix their own songs into a new genre with AI Remix. We’re a small team growing fast since Weights.gg shut down, and we want creators who can show people what’s possible.

The role

You’ll make short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels that show off Weights AI: funny, surprising and useful content that makes people want to try it. You’ll have creative freedom, a direct line to the team, and free credits to experiment with.

What you’ll do

• Create about 3 short-form videos per week (12 per month), each 15–60 seconds
• Show the product in action: training your own voice, before-and-after AI covers of your own singing, genre remixes with AI Remix, and quick tutorials
• Follow trending sounds and formats and adapt them fast
• Write hooks, captions and on-screen text that make people stop scrolling
• Share what performs and why, so each batch of videos is better than the last
• Optionally post to your own channels, or deliver files for ours

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio of short-form videos (links to your channel or examples)
• A feel for music, comedy or meme culture, and what makes a clip shareable
• Comfort with CapCut, Premiere, or a similar editor
• Reliability: you hit deadlines and communicate early when something slips
• Bonus: you sing, rap or produce music, or you already make AI music content

Nice to have

• An existing audience in music, gaming, anime or meme niches
• Experience with AI audio tools (RVC, Suno, voice changers)
• Basic analytics skills: you know your retention and completion rates

Compensation

• Per video: $100–$150, depending on experience and portfolio
• Monthly retainer: $1,500 for 12 videos, for creators who work with us for at least 2 months
• Posting on your own channels: +$50 per video if you have 10K+ followers on the platform
• Performance bonus: $100 for any video over 100K views, and $300 for any video over 500K views
• Free Weights AI credits for testing and making content
• Paid within 14 days of delivery, through [PayPal / Wise / direct deposit]
