Job summary

ElevenLabs Productions is seeking an experienced Audio Engineer for its remote, global team. You will create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for customers, using diverse techniques to ensure high-quality cloning and generation results across languages.

You will also clean and prep customer audio, provide hands-on training on ElevenLabs tools, and contribute to audio quality labeling projects with direct client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions.
• Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model.
