About the role

We're looking for a talented and versatile Content Creator to join our team and support a major B2B foodservice brand in developing high-impact, short-form video and visual content for social and digital platforms.

Based in France, but with the potential to travel and produce content in nearby countries including Belgium, you’ll work closely with chefs, foodservice professionals, and internal editorial teams to create content that is market-specific, relevant, and designed to perform. You’ll play a central role in capturing engaging educational and inspirational stories, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, content trends, and fast-turn creative delivery.

This is a hands-on content production role ideal for someone who understands the food, drink and hospitality world and has a strong local network to help bring ideas to life quickly and professionally.

What you’ll do

  • Produce short-form video and still content that performs across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube — with a clear focus on B2B foodservice professionals.
  • Collaborate with chefs, food professionals, and editorial teams to develop content that aligns with key messaging, educational goals, and seasonal priorities.
  • Translate campaign strategies and editorial plans into engaging visual content that is tailored to each market.
  • Monitor trends, cultural moments, and industry events to create content that is timely, relevant, and engages its target audience.
  • Take ownership of the full content process — from concepting, scripting, filming, and editing to final delivery.
  • Maintain and manage a content production calendar, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across markets and platforms.
  • Leverage your network of local talent and suppliers (chefs, stylists, kitchen locations, freelancers) to support content creation.
  • Work across time zones and collaborate effectively with international client and agency teams.

About you

  • Fluency in English and French required.
  • 3+ years’ experience producing video and visual content for social and web platforms, ideally with a focus on food and hospitality.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates short-form, food-centric, and social-native storytelling.
  • Excellent production skills including filming, directing non-professional talent, and editing with tools like Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Canva.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media content trends, particularly in food, drink, hospitality and culinary sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with performance goals and brand guidelines.
  • Comfortable managing multiple overlapping projects and tight timelines.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients, and creative teams across regions and time zones.
  • A resourceful and independent content creator who understands how to bring food stories to life for a professional audience.
  • Someone who’s quick to respond to trends and seasonal moments, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement in the foodservice space.
  • A creator with a strong local network in France and Benelux and the ability to scale production when needed.
  • A thoughtful collaborator who works well with internal teams and external partners.
  • You live & breathe Greenpark’s core values—championing openness, respect, innovation, and teamwork—so that every interaction, both internally and externally, reflects our commitment to our values.

How we’ll support you

  • 25 days of paid holidays per year + France public holidays and your birthday off.
  • Christmas Closure - (extra days on top of your holiday allowance)
  • A monthly entertainment subscription paid by the company ( Amazon Prime, Netflix, Spotify, etc)
  • Access to Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Participate in wellness and peer recognition initiatives ( On The Spot Awards and Value Champion Awards).
  • WFA policy – work from abroad for up to 4 weeks per year.
  • Yearly Calm subscription
