Content Creator Extraordinaire (4 Days)

Overport is a creative communications agency. We work with national and international brands, SMEs, and serious start-ups who share our proclivity for (seriously) hard work. Some of Australia’s most loved brands pay our bills, such as Libra, TENA, TOM Organic, tooshies, and Crayola.

We’re looking for a Content Creator (4 days a week) to help with:

1. Styling, filming, directing, photographing, and editing epic content for our exciting FMCG and lifestyle brands.
2. Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and leveraging the latest trends, memes, and viral sensations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
3. Collaborating: Work closely with our team of designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure cohesive and impactful content.
4. Innovating: Bring fresh ideas to the table and experiment with new content formats, platforms, and strategies to keep us on the cutting edge of social media.

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• A deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
• A deep understanding of brand, ensuring each content piece is engaging and aligns with overall brand positioning.
• Strong storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
