Club L London is a fast-paced, digital-first, global fashion brand redefining occasion wear with a luxury edge. Inspired by moments that matter and a customer who wants to be seen, Club L creates premium, in-house designed collections for women around the world.

We're now looking for a multi-skilled Content Creator full of ides with a sharp eye, a deep understanding of social storytelling, and the ability to craft high-performing, elevated visuals across stills, video, abstract compositions and social-first fashion shoots.

This role sits at the intersection of creative ideation, hands-on execution, and trend-aware content creation. You will conceptualise, produce and edit still and video content for our channels, collaborating closely with the Social, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to drive engagement, brand desirability and campaign storytelling, touching on all brand and social pillars.

You'll be comfortable owning the creative process end-to-end — from trend research to shoot planning and delivery — while balancing elevated brand content with fast-moving reactive ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Conceptualisation

  • Own the creation of high-quality, high-impact visual content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts and other social-first formats
  • Deliver both planned social-first shoots and fast-turnaround, trend-driven content in-line with daily cultural moments, product drops and brand events and moments.
  • Conceptualise and storyboard content ideas across stills and short-form video (UGC-style, polished reels, motion graphics, transitions, abstract visuals, etc.)
  • Execute fashion shoots (location, studio, product, BTS) to elevate storytelling across campaign and commercial needs

Production & Ownership

  • Work with production to co-ordinate and execute social shoots: cast talent, book studios/locations, schedule team.
  • Liaise with stylists, photographers, HMUAs, and models to ensure brand vision is upheld
  • Manage props, locations, lighting, and shoot logistics
  • Handle post-production and editing for all owned content

Trend Awareness & Discovery

  • Stay ahead of social trends and emerging content formats (especially TikTok and IG Reels)
  • Regularly pitch fresh ideas and reactive concepts based on product, fashion trends, culture and competitor analysis
  • Use performance data (from Social Media Manager) to guide content evolution and innovation

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with the Social Media Manager to align content with campaign calendars, collection launches and seasonal priorities
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Marketing and E-Com to maintain consistency in visual storytelling
  • Source, brief and oversee external creators or UGC partners where needed

About You

  • 2 + years Experience of delivering social content focused on brand awareness, follower growth, engagement, community building, and creating hype on social channels.
  • Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
  • Preferred experience within premium brands or agency.
  • Energetic, fast-paced, and thrives in dynamic environments. You bring bold ideas, a strong presence, and lead through inspiration, empowering those around you.
  • Deep understanding of fashion-led content, from editorial to UGC to abstract trend visuals
  • Strong skills in photography and video (concept to edit), art direction and social post production
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects a bonus)
  • Experienced in both lo-fi (phone-based) and high-quality camera content
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Culturally plugged-in — you live and breathe TikTok, IG and fashion discovery
  • A high taste level with attention to detail and a natural sense of aesthetic storytelling
  • Strong understanding of brand alignment and how to shoot for sales and storytelling
