Content Creator – Luxury Operator ** Growing Business **

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits + The opportunity to work for an amazing company!!

Looking to develop your career with a high-end hospitality company who are the top of their game with a great rep in the market?

Hesketh James are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to join a forward-thinking, fast-growing high end hospitality operator who are taking the industry by storm and show no signs of slowing down!

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO and founder, your primary focus as will be to capture, create and deliver high-quality, engaging content to enhance the brand’s presence across social media platforms and other digital channels showcasing the unique atmosphere of their venues, incredible offerings and exciting events.

Working closely with the marketing and other head office teams, you will produce on brand content reflecting the business’ creative vision and identity whilst engaging and fostering relationships with external partners including influencers, photography and videography partners.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content plans whilst working to a content schedule ensuring timely posting across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For
  • Solid experience as a Content Creator working for a luxury hospitality/retail brand.
  • Strong proficiency using CRMs, analytics marketing tools and applications including Adobe, Canva and also camera equipment for capturing effective unique content.
  • A strong eye for detail and a strong passion for the luxury hospitality/retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A creative and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
  • Proven experience across brand, content, PR, digital and paid campaigns
  • A solid multitasker with the ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including CRM, PPC, paid social, and analytics (Sprouts socials, google analytics, Meta adverts)
  • A creative thinker who’s passionate about brining the brand’s creative vision to life, storytelling and performance marketing,
  • Confident analysing performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
Salary & Package

The salary for this role is up to £55,00 per annum plus benefits.
