Role Overview



We are looking for a talented and passionate Content Creator to join Thesleff
Group’s growing social media team. In
this role, you will develop high-quality, engaging content for a portfolio of
luxury hospitality and lifestyle brands, with a strong focus on Instagram and
TikTok. You’ll work across multiple brands, quickly adapting to diverse tones
of voice, aesthetics, and target audiences. Collaborating closely with the
wider team, you'll help bring each brand’s story to life through content that
aligns with evolving strategies and current trends. The ideal candidate is a
creative storyteller with a deep understanding of what drives performance on
social media. You are adaptable, trend-aware and confident in creating
compelling content tailored to a variety of luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, shoot, and edit visually
  compelling, brand-specific content (photo and video) for our portfolio of
  brands, tailored to Tik Tok and Instagram
• Confidently shoot and edit content using
  both an iPhone and a professional camera
• Stay on top of platform trends, viral
  formats and creative best practices to ensure content remains innovative
  and high-performing
• Assist in managing and executing the
  content calendars for brand Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Work closely with the Social Media
  Manager and Content Strategist to align content with brand strategy and
  business goals
• Contribute ideas to content planning
  sessions and bring fresh, original concepts to the table
• Ensure all content meets brand standards
  and maintains each brand’s unique tone and identity
• Provide occasional support for website
  and campaign content as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content for
  luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands
• A strong portfolio showcasing your
  creative abilities, including work shot on both iPhone and camera
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok,
  including content formats, trends and algorithms
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a
  keen eye for detail
• Creativity, attention to detail and a
  proactive approach to ideation
• Ability to work independently and as part
  of a collaborative team
• Excellent organisational, communication
  and time management skills
• Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut,
  Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile
  environment
