We're working with an exciting VC-backed start-up that’s redefining how people discover and shop for contemporary art online.

This fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand is on a mission to become the go-to global destination for curated, museum-grade art prints — and they’re building a performance-driven creative team to help make that happen.

They’re now looking for a Video Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form, social-first video. You’ll play a pivotal role in shooting and editing native-style content across platforms like TikTok and Meta, focusing on fast-turnaround, high-converting formats.

About the Role:

  • Shoot and edit thumb-stopping content for paid social (think native ads, creative showcases, UGC-style clips)
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist to bring performance briefs to life
  • Edit with intent — using motion text, bold transitions, and kinetic typography to boost engagement
  • Lead content production from shoot to delivery, with an eye on what’s converting in real time
  • Mix scrappy with polished: think iPhone production that still feels elevated

What We're Looking For:

  • A sharp, fast-moving video creative who gets what performs on social — and why
  • Experience editing in CapCut and Premiere Pro (bonus if you’ve explored new AI tools or workflow hacks)
  • Confident shooting content on iPhone, with a good eye for lighting, framing, and storytelling
  • Proactive and organised — you can manage your own pipeline from ingest to export
  • Always iterating — you use performance data to fine-tune formats and try new things
