Position Overview

Become the disruptive voice of Chilly's on TikTok this summer. We're seeking entry-level creative rebels with a native understanding of TikTok to transform our brand mission into attention-grabbing content that forces a double-take.

Chilly's is at a pivotal moment of change and expansion. The marketing team needs forward-thinking creators who embody our three-word ethos: Disruptive. Authentic. Obsessive.

This office-based role requires working closely with the wider marketing team at least one day per week. You'll ideate creative content concepts, shoot compelling videos, and have your finger on the pulse of urban culture and trends. Help us deepen Chilly's integration with music, art, and fashion through your distinctively disruptive content style.

Responsibilities

• Create rebellious, eye-catching TikTok content that embodies the Chilly's brand personality
• Strategically concept videos that support wider marketing campaigns as mapped by the Marketing Director
• Produce industry-defining video and still content pieces shot primarily on iPhone (Chilly's can provide a content phone)
• Drive brand presence and increase engagement through relevant content and comments that never appear random, but carry a disruptive edge
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop cohesive creative campaigns that drive KPIs (brand launches, partnerships, key retail moments, giveaways, influencer content)
• Maintain awareness of urban lifestyle culture to connect authentically with our Discerning Tastemaker audience segments
• Monitor UGC from influencers, micro-influencers, and community

Must Haves

• Deep understanding of TikTok and its creative potential for brands
• Passionate about active urban culture with connections to music, art, and fashion
• Creative thinker: able to work both independently and collaboratively on original content ideas that avoid clichés and viral bandwagoning
• A strong personal content portfolio or proven content track record with relevant brands
• Sharp organizational skills and time management
• Confident copywriting that's direct, concise, and carries the Chilly's twist
• Comfortable being both in front of and behind the camera
• Obsessive attention to detail and determination to exceed standards, not just meet them
