Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is assisting a European fashion brand in Liverpool to recruit a Content Creator. The role blends shoots, BTS moments and rapid content creation with a hybrid setup including one day remote work.

You will shoot on location (mostly iPhone), conduct quick talent interviews, capture trending content, and hand over finished pieces to the social team. Driving license is essential and fashion experience helps.

Qualifications

• Fashion or retail experience essential.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Always-on content instincts – think hooks and formats.
• Confident on camera and able to direct others.
• Strong platform knowledge (TikTok, Instagram, and beyond).
• Comfortable working quickly and reactively.
• Experience with professional camera equipment preferred.

A European fashion brand is looking for a new Content Creator to join the team - someone who can spot a moment and turn it into content before anyone the moment's passed!

What you'll be doing:

• Shooting content on location - mainly iPhone - across shoots, events and BTS moments
• Grabbing quick, natural interviews with talent mid-shoot (confidence is key here)
• Capturing trending and reactive content, fast
• Handing content over to the social team, who take it from there

You won't be managing the channels yourself - but you'll need a sharp instinct for what works on each platform, and a genuine feel for what makes people stop scrolling.

What they're looking for:

• Fashion or retail industry experience is essential!
• Full UK driving licence is also essential
• Always-on content instincts - you're already thinking in hooks and formats
• Confidence on camera, and comfortable directing others in front of it
• Strong platform knowledge (TikTok, Instagram, and beyond)
• Comfortable working quickly and reactively
• Experience with professional camera equipment is preferred.
