We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our team. Your role will be to ensure that camera and iPhone content is delivered to a high standard. Your primary role is to create Social Media content through Reels, TikTok-first and Static assets, helping to build successful campaigns and improve our approach to Social MediaMarketing.
You’ll collaborate daily with the Social Media, Design, and Client Services teams on new innovations directly linked to your clientportfolio.
You will develop strong organisational skills, Attention to digital, and an understanding of Content production for Social Media Marketing and general project management. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow their skills in Social Media Contentproduction.
You’ll play a pivotal role in working with the Social Media Marketing team to enhance the current social media client strategies and deliver scroll-stopping content. Working with a range of clients and internal teams, you’ll combine creative thinking, solid execution, and performance-led insights to deliver outstanding contentproduction.
Beyond crafting exceptional social-first content, you will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, becoming a trusted creativeadvisor.
Responsibilities
Creative campaign planning andmanagement
- Plan and execute social media content production for client accounts across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), LinkedIn, and TikTok that generates community engagement and results for ourclients.
- Plan and maintain retainer and project work for which you’re involved in by flagging any risks to the content outputs to the Social Media and Client Services teams within 48 hours of receiving creativebriefs.
- Actively engage with communities and monitor trends to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Content Production services, always aligning with best practice guidelines and businessobjectives.
- Introduce fresh and innovative ideas to elevate our clients’ brands, drive engagement, and enhance their marketpositioning.
- Develop, schedule, and publish content using appropriate tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite and TikTok BusinessSuite).
- Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing, New Business, and Client Services teams to plan and optimise campaign content production, ensuring all client KPIs are aligned with business goals and the Engage Performance Marketing creativeframework.
- Provide creative performance insights through reports and client quarterly businessreviews.
Ideation and contentplanning
- Plan engaging content from on-trend Social-first videos to develop punchy socialposts.
- Collaborate with our Design team to produce visual assets that elevate storytelling and brandidentity.
- Stay plugged into popular culture, industry trends, and creator communities to bring fresh, relevant ideas to thetable.
Client and teamcollaboration
- Present ideas, updates and campaign results clearly andconfidently.
- Work closely with the Social Media and Client Services teams to ensure a seamless delivery with strong communication during client businessreviews.
- Provide creative input during brainstorms, proactively bringing forward new opportunities and formats, and helping to increase awareness of the content studio offering within theagency.
- Share your work regularly with the Performance Marketing, Design, and Client Services teams, including any knowledge, tips, or improvements to processes that you may propose, and encourage other team members to do thesame.
- To maintain retainer and project work to maximise output and profitability for the work you’re involvedin.
- Ability to flag early any risks to either output or the profitability of aretainer.
Reporting
- Work closely with the Senior and Social Managers to achieve KPIs for clients and ultimately providing (and proving) ROI reflective of the client’sgoals.
- Developing seamless performance storytelling within quarterly business reviews by supporting the Client Servicesteam.
Content Creator Skillset
- Camera and iPhone editing experience - Shoot and edit brand and in-house photography and videography to a high quality, as a visual storyteller who understands the importance of emotion in creating engaging social-first content to driveresults.
- Colour-grading and lighting - To enhance a video’s mood, atmosphere, and overall visual narrative, transforming raw footage into professional, emotionally resonant, and brand-consistentcontent.
- Design Software - Proficient in using the Adobe suite of apps and/or Figma, and understands traditional videography principles, including colour, layout, and composition, and how to apply thesedigitally.
- Social Media Design - Create visually compelling and engaging social media camera and iPhone photography and videography graphics for various platform usage. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media design trends and best practices, optimising graphics for different platforms and targetaudiences.
- Video templating - Where applicable, produce templates and guides to demonstrate your ideas, using references, storyboards and notation to clearly explain your thinking to clients and the wider projectteam.
- Handover - Files are kept organised and are maintained in a way that facilitates a smooth handover to the Social Media Marketing and Design teams, making it easy for another team member tounderstand.
- Attention to digital - Demonstrate a high level of quality in your work. Ensuring all work is rigorously reviewed before sharing internally orexternally.
