Ever been to a food market or food festival and loved trying all the amazing vendors' food? Sampled the BEST brownie in the world, or the most incredible scotch egg? What about that ridiculous cookie slab or that cheesecake that tasted twenty times better than anything from the supermarket? But then days or weeks after, you just don’t know where to resupply… Well Tuckshop is the answer.
Vending machines have been around for a while but never before like this… We stock the very best, unequivocally delicious and most Instagram-able food from small local businesses. All available 24/7 from our state-of-the-art machines conveniently located around the West Midlands. Currently 11 locations, including in Hereford’s Old Market, with several more due to launch this year. We’re on a really exciting journey and we’re looking for a kind, creative & smart person who's eager to learn and willing to join the journey.
We are not necessarily looking for the "finished article". We are on a journey of learning how to unlock the massive opportunity on social media, and we're looking for the right person with the right attitude to come help us figure it out. It's a small team so this is a pretty broad role which is why you'll be supported by and working closely with the owner (Jacob) to bring content ideas to life.

Role Overview
You will be the driving force behind our social media and video content. You’ll be an integral part of the team to create engaging, daring and trend-driven content that resonates with our audience and builds our brand identity. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be both in front of and behind the camera, bringing your impactful, creative ideas to life.

Location
Remote, not tied to an office, but Hereford based would be useful for meetings. Not a deal-breaker, but full UK license and own vehicle desired.
Salary: TBD when role / time needs / experience is discussed. The role will not be fixed hours; you will be required to create content and manage the accounts. How and when you do this can be discussed.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a Content Creator: You already create and post content on TikTok or other platforms able to showcase your creativity and style. Copywriting comes naturally to you too. You’re able to produce written copy that’s consistent and on-brand.
TikTok Expert: You live and breathe TikTok, understand its algorithm, and know how to create content that goes viral.
Creative Visionary: You have a knack for storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to think outside the box to turn ideas into engaging video content.
Fearless: You aren’t afraid to challenge ideas, take risks and break the rules in order to create something truly exceptional.
Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in video editing tools and comfortable using social media management tools.
Keen Learner: We don’t expect you to know all the answers yet, but do expect you to have agency in seeking them out and learning where necessary.
Food Lover: You’re passionate about food and excited to represent all our amazing suppliers and the Tuckshop brand.
Team Player: You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, and most importantly, you want to have fun.
Self-Starter: You’re proactive, organised, you work smart and you’re able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
