Salary: £38,000 - £42,000, experience pending. (Willing to pay more for proven serious creative edge, viral hits, agency-level production quality)

About the role: We’re looking for a hands-on, ideas-led Content Creator who can do more than just post – someone who creates. You’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day brand storytelling and have the skills to take ideas from concept to creation – capturing energy, culture and food in a way that feels current, culturally fluent and unmistakably us.
This role sits at the intersection of social media, photography and videography. You’ll be responsible for ideating, producing and delivering content that brings our brand world to life – from grid posts to campaigns, TikToks to team features. You’ll work closely with the brand and marketing teams, helping us shape and evolve how we show up in the world.
Focus: This is a hands-on creative role with a strong visual focus. Your job is to produce standout content that performs – whether it’s a BTS reel of a kitchen moment, a teaser for a new collab, or stills for a brand campaign. You’ll help shape our creative output across:
Core Role: You’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing a steady flow of engaging content. You’ll also support the broader creative team with visual asset needs across digital and physical touchpoints.
