Job description

Responsibility for the development, creation and scheduling of high quality content that is on brand and engaging across the social media platforms of our three companies. The focus is on organic content creation to support the brand identity, concurrent marketing campaigns, and promote the clinic, brand and directors as thought leaders in the field.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement an organic social media content plan aligned with our brand identity and goals.
2. Create high-quality video, image, and written content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
3. Plan, shoot, and edit engaging Reels, Stories, and short-form video content.
4. Work closely with the team to capture behind-the-scenes clinic and training moments, patient and student testimonials, and expert insights.
5. Monitor trends in aesthetics, medical training, and social media to keep content fresh, innovative, and relevant.
6. Engage with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a strong community presence.
7. Track and report on organic social media performance, using insights to optimise future content.
8. Technical and administrative maintenance and organisation of social media platforms, other digital platforms and related data storage relating to social media.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in social media content creation, ideally in wellness and healthcare.
2. Strong skills in video creation, editing, and photography (fluency with tools like CapCut, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar is essential).
3. Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
4. Ability to plan and execute content independently, while collaborating with the wider team.
5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling.
6. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, professional yet friendly captions.
7. A passion for aesthetics, education, and helping people feel confident in their own skin.

Salary: From £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We value the skills and insight that experienced content creators bring. While the starting salary for those with 1 year of experience is £25,000, we offer a higher starting salary for candidates with additional experience and proven impact. Exceptional candidates with a strong portfolio and 3+ years’ experience can expect a competitive offer that reflects their expertise.
