Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Multimedia Design Manager and working as part of a team of two other designers,

the purpose of this role is to produce and edit dynamic and engaging graphics, visuals, video and audio content (such as infographics, branded assets, slideshows and animations) to create compelling visual content for our global commercial marketing and corporate communications campaigns. These campaigns will be delivered via multiple channels, both digital and non-digital, ensuring RICS speaks with clarity and consistency, focusing on content and outcomes that matter to our audiences and telling the story of RICS’ positive impact on the world.

  • Taking internal commissions from Comms and Marketing teams for all aspects of content production relating to photos video and audio content.
  • Working closely with Multimedia Designers and sometimes commissioning external agencies and partners for the creation of specialist content e.g. animations
  • Create visual assets such as branded templates and static imagery that are bespoke and designed for different digital platforms.

About You

You will bring experience as a highly organised and proactive Content Creator. Who can work effectively in a matrix environment as part of a small team. You will bring creativity, innovation and spark to a global professional audience, and produce eye-catching visual assets to ensure that RICS speaks with clarity and consistency

• Creative and innovative with ability to deliver a big impact

• Ability to appropriately tailor content to a specific audience

• Demonstrable experience of creating and delivering compelling visual campaigns

• In-depth knowledge and technical skills in software design such as the Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong technical aptitude to learn new software and hardware

• Experience of producing multimedia content in-house or within an agency environment.
