Content Creator – Full-Time, On-Site (Altrincham)

We’re on the hunt for a creative, fast-moving, and confident Content Creator who can bring ideas to life across social media and paid platforms. If you’re outgoing, love jumping on trends, and can turn around engaging content at speed – this is the role for you.

Who We Are

We’re a high-performing, reactive agency working across e-commerce and lead generation in the legal space. Our team is packed with talent, energy, and a get-it-done attitude. We don’t just keep up with trends – we set them.

You’ll be creating content for TikTok, Meta, organic social, and paid ads – from idea to shoot to edit. It’s fast. It’s fun. And it works.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who’s comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, has a good eye for what performs, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. You’ll be sourcing UGC, filming short-form content, editing clips, and testing what hits. Think: bold ideas, fast execution, and content that grabs attention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid media
2. Source and brief UGC creators to build up creative assets
3. Edit performance-driven content that’s optimised for each platform
4. React quickly to trends and new ideas – speed is everything
5. Bring energy and originality to every project

Key Skills & Requirements:

1. Confident using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
2. Bonus points for experience with tools like CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
3. Comfortable filming content using mobile setups
4. Understanding of what makes content perform in paid and organic social
5. You’re outgoing, self-motivated, and brimming with ideas
