Job Description:

Handle Recruitment is seeking a passionate and driven Content Coordinator with a love for sports and travel for an exciting opportunity within a prestigious sports circuit.

Location: Central London (Regular overseas travel)

Pay: £30,000 to £35,000 based on experience

Working hours: 5 days a week in the office (Flexibility around travel)

Language requirements: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Out-of-hours work may be required during tournament weeks, including travel for content creation and live social media management. The coordinator will travel to tournaments on a rotation basis with other team members.

Position Overview:

Join our client, a global professional padel circuit, as a Content Coordinator. You will create engaging content to grow their community across owned channels, supporting content strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and sport growth. This role offers a great opportunity to develop skills and contribute to the expansion of a leading sport.

• Report to the Head of Content & Brand to oversee community management of channels.
• Engage with fans daily in English and Spanish on social media.
• Produce daily content for owned channels.
• Stay updated on social trends and propose new content ideas.
• Coordinate with local tournament organizers for content collaborations.
• Create and manage a yearly content calendar.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in social media community management, preferably in sports. Experience with athlete content is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in both languages.
• Passion for social media, with a strong understanding of trends and engagement tactics.
• Knowledge of organic and paid social media is advantageous.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; video editing and graphic design skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for internal and external relationships.
