Job Description:

Handle Recruitment is seeking a passionate and driven Content Coordinator fluent in Spanish and English, with a love for sports and travel, for an exciting opportunity within a prestigious sports circuit.

This role involves community management, content creation, and social media engagement, primarily in Central London with regular overseas travel to tournaments.

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 based on experience

Work schedule: 5 days a week in the office, with flexibility around travel; out-of-hours work during tournaments, including travel.

Position Overview:

As a Content Coordinator for a global professional padel circuit, you will create engaging content to grow the community across various channels. Collaborating with the Head of Content & Brand Content Manager, you will support content strategy development to increase awareness, engagement, and sport growth.

• Manage community engagement on social media channels.
• Create daily content in English and Spanish.
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose new content ideas.
• Coordinate with tournament organizers for content collaborations.
• Develop and manage an annual content calendar.

Requirements:

• Experience in social media community management, preferably within sports.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills in both languages.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, tactics, and audience engagement.
• Experience with organic and paid social media is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; video editing and graphic design skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
