Job summary

Railpen is seeking a Communications Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Darlington with hybrid working. You will craft and deliver communications to help members understand their pension and plan for retirement, working across digital and print channels to simplify complex information.

Key focus on improving member journeys, campaigns and change initiatives using insights and performance data, while adhering to accessibility and plain English guidelines.

You're comfortable creating communications across multiple channels and enjoy taking complex information and making it easy for people to understand.You enjoy working with stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams, balancing multiple priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
