We are seeking an experienced Content and Proposal Manager to join our team in London, operating under a hybrid working model.

This role supports regional GPS Sales Managers in pursuing new business through creating and managing bids, proposals, pitch presentations, and sales materials. It also involves authoring award submissions, client case studies, thought leadership, and campaign collateral. The Content and Proposal Management team is global, with desks in Australia, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Poland, UAE, UK, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive, persuasive proposals tailored to target audiences.
2. Support deals throughout the sales cycle, from RFI to post-mortem discussions.
3. Manage the full proposal development process, including qualification, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
4. Edit and format proposals to ensure professionalism, accuracy, and high quality under tight deadlines.
5. Create best practices for proposal content and sales enablement materials.
6. Enhance sales enablement content such as client case studies, market information, and thought leadership materials, tailoring content to client needs and market trends.

Minimum Requirements:

• Understanding of cash management and transactional banking products/solutions.
• Experience in proposal writing, content development, or content marketing.
• Exceptional project management skills, with success in delivering regional or global projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on creative, customer-centric solutions.
