Content & Positioning

Activities:

– Evaluate current marketing materials, content assets, and messaging frameworks.

– Assess positioning effectiveness in relation to target audiences and campaign objective

– Identify gaps and opportunities for content optimisation and refinement.

Deliverables:

– Outline of the effectiveness of existing content and messaging.

– Recommendations for content refinement and strategic positioning improvements.

– A short list of the most relevant materials for the campaign.

– A content roadmap with suggested updates, new assets, and messaging enhancements.

Integrated GTM Planning

Activities:

– Assess current GTM strategies and identify areas for improvement.

– Define engagement strategic framework aligning digital and event-based initiatives..

– Establish a roadmap for execution, including timelines, roles, and key milestones.

Deliverables:

– A comprehensive GTM strategy document outlining digital and event-based integration.

– Recommended engagement and activation tactics.

– Implementation roadmap with key milestones and success metrics.
