We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised graduate or early-career marketer to join our Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into marketing, supporting the planning and delivery of creative campaigns and partner activity. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, helping ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and in line with overall marketing and business objectives.

This role is a fixed-term contract until July 2026.

Who you are

  • A marketing enthusiast ready to launch your career in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • A strong communicator and team player, eager to learn and contribute.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building collaborative relationships.
  • Commercially curious, with a keen interest in how campaigns drive engagement and results.
  • Positive, proactive, and open to feedback as part of your personal and professional growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the planning and rollout of seasonal, promotional, and content-led marketing campaigns.
  • Create campaign briefs and work closely with the Project Manager to help manage delivery, whilst coordinating with internal teams to gather content and assets across site, app, email, and social.
  • Help ensure evergreen marketing content is implemented consistently across all channels and ensure partner activity is effectively featured on Reiss channels to maximise exposure.
  • Assist in managing partnerships and content plans, making sure all activity is on-brand and delivered on time.
  • Track competitor promotional activity and provide clear, timely updates to the team.
  • Support execution of booked partner campaigns - selecting assets, checking stock, and signing off placements.
  • Be an active and collaborative member of the wider Marketing team - embracing feedback and contributing to a positive team culture.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and company bonus.
  • Up to 65% employee discount.
  • Access to exclusive sample sales.
  • Aviva DigiCare+ wellbeing services.
  • Medicash health support plan.
  • Workplace pension contributions.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
  • Electric Vehicle scheme via Octopus Energy.
