Content and Communications Manager

Location: Sutton, Surrey (initial 3 months in-office, 5 days a week)

A global leader in specialty ingredients and solutions is seeking a Content and Communications Manager to join its UK marketing team. This role involves creating compelling content and visual assets to enhance internal and external communications.

You will lead the company’s messaging across digital and print channels, boosting global brand visibility and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies for web, email, social media, internal channels, brochures, and event materials
  • Write clear, engaging copy for technical and commercial audiences
  • Create graphics and visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar
  • Collaborate with product, technical, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Support marketing efforts for product launches, events, and internal updates
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications
  • Monitor engagement metrics and leverage insights for future content planning

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in content, communications, or marketing roles (B2B or technical industry preferred)
