Job Description:

The Content Adaptation Manager will work closely with the Agency of choice to deliver quality creative adaptations of centrally created content based on input from the CX Engagement & Channels team. This role involves managing localization briefs, ensuring content compliance, and coordinating with Content Hub Production to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Cx Engagement & Activation Director and Agency to understand customer journey and adapt content accordingly.
2. Manage content briefs, uploads, and revisions with the Content Hub.
3. Support adaptation of content to local label requirements for compliance.
4. Oversee content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization for timely delivery.
5. Coordinate with teams to ensure localization aligns with engagement plans.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian.
• Strong marketing and content skills with excellent project management abilities.
• Experience in content adaptation within agencies or client-side.
• Understanding of content quality standards to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Experience with DAM/MLR tools.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of marketing regulations for HCPs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with agencies.
