Job Description:

This is a remote position offering up to £500 per day.

Key job responsibilities:
  • Must be fluent in Italian.
  • Combine marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Experience with content adaptation work, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
  • Understand content quality aspects to ensure agency deliverables are timely and of the right quality.
  • Experience working with DAM/MLR tools.
Position Purpose:

The CE&E IMI team aims to design and deliver impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients through integrated engagements and solutions. The Content Adaptation Manager will work closely with the agency to deliver quality creative adaptations based on inputs from the CX Engagement & Channels team, ensuring the briefs are received, uploaded, and managed effectively.

Major Accountabilities:
  • Work with the CX Engagement & Activation Director and agency to understand customer journeys and content plans, adapting or creating content accordingly.
  • Brief Content Hub Production Team on content production, manage change rounds, and support adaptation to local requirements.
  • Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with Content Hub and CX Activation Director on localization and engagement plan delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian.
  • Strong marketing and content skills with project management experience.
  • Experience in content adaptation, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
  • Understanding of content quality standards.
  • Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment in HCP marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
