Job Description:

This is a remote position with a pay of up to £500 per day.

Key job responsibilities:
  • Must be fluent in Italian.
  • Combine marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills to manage multiple workflows.
  • Experience with content adaptation work, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
  • Understand content quality aspects to ensure timely and quality deliverables from agencies.
  • Experience working with DAM/MLR tools.
  • Work closely with the Agency of choice to deliver quality creative adaptations of centrally created content based on input from CX Strategy & Design teams.
  • Manage the process between CX Engagement & Channels team and Content Hub Production team, ensuring briefs are received, uploaded, and managed with clear localization instructions.
  • Support adaptation of content to local label requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with Content Hub and CX Activation Director to deliver engagement plans via localization.
Minimum requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian.
  • Marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills.
  • Experience in content adaptation, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
  • Understanding of content quality to ensure timely and quality agency deliverables.
  • Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
Desirable requirements:
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment in marketing to HCPs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with project management experience.
  • Highly collaborative, able to partner effectively with agencies.
