Job Description:
This is a remote position with a pay of up to £500 per day.
Key job responsibilities:
- Must be fluent in Italian.
- Combine marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills to manage multiple workflows.
- Experience with content adaptation work, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
- Understand content quality aspects to ensure timely and quality deliverables from agencies.
- Experience working with DAM/MLR tools.
- Work closely with the Agency of choice to deliver quality creative adaptations of centrally created content based on input from CX Strategy & Design teams.
- Manage the process between CX Engagement & Channels team and Content Hub Production team, ensuring briefs are received, uploaded, and managed with clear localization instructions.
- Support adaptation of content to local label requirements and ensure compliance.
- Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with Content Hub and CX Activation Director to deliver engagement plans via localization.
Minimum requirements:
- Fluent in Italian.
- Marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills.
- Experience in content adaptation, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
- Understanding of content quality to ensure timely and quality agency deliverables.
- Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
Desirable requirements:
- Understanding of the regulatory environment in marketing to HCPs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with project management experience.
- Highly collaborative, able to partner effectively with agencies.
