Job Description:

This position is remote with a pay of up to £500 per day.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Must be fluent in Italian.
  • Combine marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills to manage multiple workflows.
  • Experience with content adaptation work, either in a creative agency or on the customer side.
  • Understand content quality aspects to ensure timely and quality deliverables from agencies.
  • Experience working with DAM/MLR tools.

Position Purpose:

The CE&E IMI team aims to design impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients through integrated engagements. The Content Adaptation Manager will work closely with agencies to deliver quality creative adaptations of centrally created content, based on inputs from CX teams. They will also manage processes between the CX Engagement & Channels team and Content Hub Production to ensure briefs are properly received, uploaded, and managed.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the Cx Engagement & Activation Director and agency to understand customer journeys and adapt content accordingly.
  • Brief Content Hub Production on content creation and manage revisions.
  • Support adaptation of content to local label requirements for compliance.
  • Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with Content Hub and Cx Activation Director on localization for engagement plan delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian.
  • Marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills.
  • Experience in content adaptation, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
  • Solid understanding of content quality to ensure timely and quality agency deliverables.
  • Experience with DAM/MLR tools.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Understanding of the regulatory environment in marketing to HCPs.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative, with ability to partner with agencies.
