Remote

Pay: Up to £500 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Fluent in German.
• Manage multiple workflows with strong project management and content adaptation skills, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
• Ensure content quality and timely delivery of agency outputs.
• Work with DAM/MLR tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt content based on strategic input.
• Coordinate with agencies and content teams to ensure localization and compliance.

Position Purpose:

The role is part of the Customer Experience, Content & Partnerships Excellence team, focusing on designing impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients through personalized, insight-driven solutions.

Major Accountabilities:

• Work with CX Engagement & Activation Director and agency to adapt content for local markets.
• Manage content briefs, uploads, and localization requests.
• Support content adaptation to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization.
• Ensure engagement plan delivery through localization efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in German.
• Strong marketing, content, and project management skills.
• Experience with content adaptation in agency or client-side environments.
• Understanding of content quality standards.
• Experience with DAM/MLR tools.

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of the regulatory environment for HCP marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
