About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Content & Activation Manager to lead the digital performance of our B2B and B2C websites across multiple platforms (Magento, Shopify). You’ll be responsible for ensuring the right content is in the right place at the right time—aligned with business, marketing, and commercial strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and sales.

This role blends SEO, UX optimisation, content strategy, and project management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and engaging digital experience that supports our growth ambitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise the performance of multiple websites across platforms, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
  • Lead day-to-day site trading and content activation to drive engagement and sales.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve visibility, authority, and organic traffic.
  • Analyse user behaviour, sales data, and search metrics to inform content and UX improvements.
  • Manage and optimise all online content, including product listings, promotions, and static pages.
  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and development teams to align digital content with broader campaigns and business goals.
  • Implement A/B testing and site enhancements to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion, bounce rate, and AOV.
  • Identify and promote short-dated, slow-moving, or discontinued stock through targeted content and campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is engaging, brand-aligned, and SEO-optimised.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a digital content, SEO, or web merchandising role—ideally in the beauty, aesthetics, or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong CMS experience (Magento, Shopify) and confidence managing content across multiple platforms.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, UX, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Lighthouse, Google Search Console).
  • Commercially minded with a strong grasp of e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with development teams and briefing technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of the aesthetics and skincare industry is a plus.
