Job Summary

The Cleanroom Technician is responsible for adhering to strict cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. This role is responsible for maintaining and monitoring controlled environments to ensure strict adherence to contamination control protocols.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate under cleanroom protocols and wear required garments (gowning) properly at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of the cleanroom by following sanitization and housekeeping protocols
  • Monitor and document environmental conditions and process parameters
  • Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other production documentation
  • Identify and escalate any deviations, non-conformances, or equipment issues to the supervisor
  • Work collaboratively with quality control and engineering teams to maintain compliance and improve processes
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including handling of materials and operation of equipment
  • Support inventory control by properly labeling and tracking materials
  • Assist operations with production items as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of cleanroom experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic math and computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures
  • Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical cleanrooms
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
  • Passion for the aerospace industry.

Compensation Data

Compensation Range: $75,528.00 - $94,410.00
