Key Duties
- Multi-site role working across 1-2 practice sites in Bournemouth and nearby surrounding areas.
- Working Monday to Saturday with a day off midweek, hours per week, including a 1-hour lunch.
- Providing a bespoke service with flexibility and sufficient time to cater to the customer's prescription, style, and budget.
- Maintaining a patient-centric practice with a focus on service and local reputation, offering a wide range of lenses to serve a diverse patient base.
- Ensuring practices have adequate stock to meet client needs.

- Negotiable salary dependent on experience, up to circa £35,000, plus a superb bonus scheme (2% of gross margin).

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements
- Right to work in the United Kingdom is essential.
- Registered with the GOC as a Contact Lens Optician.
- Two years' experience is desirable, but all levels of experience from suitably qualified CLOs are considered, as the employer is very supportive with a bespoke induction program.
- Suitable for a motivated, excellent communicator with a passion for customer service.
