Qualifications
- Solid understanding of contact lens fitting and aftercare.
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards through ongoing development (CET).
- Flexibility to work across different branches and a personable approach to customer service.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with branch team to deliver excellent customer service and care.
- Recommend and fit appropriate contact lenses and solutions for customers.
- Maintain high clinical and technical standards in contact lens fitting and aftercare.
- Participate in CET to stay current with industry advances.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Work across multiple Scrivens branches as required.
