Both the Mayor and the Greater London Authority team are committed to responding to your query as quickly as possible. We aim to respond to all correspondence within twenty working days of receipt. Where correspondence is of an operational nature and is related to Transport for London (TfL) or the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), we refer these on to be answered by TfL or MOPAC.
