Oxygen ActivePlay is seeking contact centre agents to deliver exceptional customer service at their location in Reading. You will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with bookings and resolving inquiries in a fun, energetic environment. As a key part of our indoor activity park, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering top-tier service with a smile. You will assist with bookings, provide information on our activities, and resolve customer inquiries, embodying the fun, energetic spirit of our brand. Your focus will be to offer platinum-level service, ensuring quality and making every customer feel special. You should be positive, outgoing, with a flair for resolving issues, and able to connect naturally with customers.

We are looking for part-time weekend team members and a full-time 37.5-hour team member. This position is at our park in Reading, working in the contact centre office.
