Contact Centre Operator (Part Time – Weekends)

Join the Teletrac Navman Connected Services Team – Leaders in Vehicle Security

We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join our team, working Saturdays and Sundays (15 hours), to enhance our customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Contact Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact for system alerts, alarms, emergency calls, breakdown assistance, and EV Charging support. You will need to stay composed during busy periods and use your calm telephone manner to deliver top-quality support. Full training will be provided.

Location and Shift Details:

Location: Kents Hill, Milton Keynes (residence within a reasonable commute preferred)

Working Hours: 15 hours/week

Shift 1: Saturday and Sunday, 9 am – 5 pm

Shift 2: Saturday and Sunday, 10 am – 6 pm

Shifts may include public holidays falling on weekends, as our services operate 24/7.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, ensuring excellent service and accurate handling of inquiries.
  • Monitor system alerts and alarms.
  • Manage vehicle theft notifications and cases.
  • Handle emergency and breakdown calls calmly and efficiently.
  • Provide first-line assistance for EV Charging customers.
  • Be flexible to cover shifts and holidays as needed.

About You:

Applicants should reside in or near Milton Keynes with reliable transport to attend the office. Ideal candidates include university or college students or those seeking weekend part-time work.
