Rentokil Initial is hiring a Customer Service Agent for our Birmingham branch. You will join a busy contact centre, handling customer queries, logging details, and supporting colleagues to meet service standards.

We offer full-time, permanent work Monday to Friday (40 hours), with a competitive salary of £26,655 per annum and an expected OTE of £27,500. A relocation package up to £5,000 is available, plus RI Rewards, pension and training opportunities.

The Customer Service Agent Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a key member of our Contact Centre team, responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to resolve a range of customer queries
• Acting as the first point of contact for all new, existing and prospective customers, providing service through your understanding of all business services, products and procedures
• Utilising our in-house systems to log customer queries
• Working towards agreed individual and team targets

Requirements

Customer Service Agent Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a contact centre environment would be advantageous
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
