Job summary

WP Recruitment & HR Ltd is seeking a Customer Centre Advisor for a temporary-to-permanent role on the Isle of Wight. You will respond to customer calls within set timescales, handle complaints and provide information, while maintaining in-house computerised systems.

The role is full-time, on-site with a 4-on/4-off rota and rotating day/evening shifts; salary is £15.31 per hour on a permanent basis after probation.

Qualifications

• Previous call centre experience or customer service background.
• Ability to handle complaints and provide clear information.
• Experience with computerised systems or CRM is a plus.

• Respond to customer calls within set timescales.
• Handle complaints and provide information.
• Maintain in-house computerised systems; follow standards.
• Compile accurate messages and produce reports; liaise with internal departments and external agencies.

Duties:

Maintaining in house, complex computerised systems (training given)

Adherence to standards.

Compiling accurate messages and producing reports.

Liaison with internal departments and external agencies, contractors and the public.
