Consumer Relations Representative (5 months FTC)

The Role:

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide seamless customer service across our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva.

We are seeking friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands, communicating with consumers via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

Your Impact

  • Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all contact points, ensuring seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

  • Act as a country specialist to advise on current trends and local knowledge.

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.

  • Utilize and analyze consumer feedback to enhance process improvements and improve the consumer experience.

  • Participate in consumer experience projects with the broader business.

  • Promote a 'One Team' spirit by demonstrating teamwork and supporting colleagues.
