Consumer Relations Representative (5 months FTC)

The Role:

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide seamless customer service to our customers across our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva.

We’re looking for friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands when communicating to our consumers via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

Your Impact

  • Deliver excellent, proactive customer service at all contact points, ensuring seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

  • Act as a country specialist for your market, advising on current trends and local knowledge.

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.

  • Use and analyze all consumer feedback to improve processes and enhance the consumer experience.

  • Participate in consumer experience projects with the wider business.

  • Promote ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting colleagues.
