The Role:
As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide seamless customer service to our customers across our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva.
We’re looking for friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands when communicating to our consumers via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.
Your Impact
Deliver excellent, proactive customer service at all contact points, ensuring seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.
Act as a country specialist for your market, advising on current trends and local knowledge.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
Use and analyze all consumer feedback to improve processes and enhance the consumer experience.
Participate in consumer experience projects with the wider business.
Promote ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting colleagues.
