We are PHA, a leading integrated communications agency with offices in London, Manchester, Leeds, and Boston. Founded in 2005 by our Chairman and former newspaper editor Phil Hall, we have evolved to offer public relations, creative activations, social media, and digital marketing services to our esteemed client roster.

We are now looking for a passionate, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing Consumer team. You will support clients such as Cuisinart, Luxury Escapes, BERO, and ESN, with opportunities to work on integrated briefs across the agency.

What you will be doing

Client responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coverage for accounts regularly.
• Develop writing skills beneficial for clients, through coverage delivery or other client-facing written work.
• Share regular coverage updates with clients to showcase success.
• Ensure client-facing documents are accurate and up to date, such as WIP documents, coverage logs, and reports.
• Own sections on client calls, prepare agendas, and document and circulate actions.
• Build relationships with clients under supervision.

Growth

• Contribute to new business campaigns by identifying potential brands and businesses.
• Communicate successes and issues to Account Managers proactively.
• Support junior colleagues as needed.

Industry knowledge

• Build your network by meeting journalists, influencers, and key figures, converting meetings into opportunities for clients.

Agency responsibilities

• Participate in agency activities to build relationships, including training, social events, and seminars.
• Attend role-specific training through the PHA Academy.
