Forward Role has currently partnered with a leading gift voucher & rewards group based in Liverpool, seeking a Consumer Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaign management for multiple brands.

About the role:
  1. Execute daily marketing communications and manage end-to-end campaigns.
  2. Coordinate with Marketing teams and the wider business to create, monitor, and execute integrated communications across email, SMS, direct mail, phone, WhatsApp, and print using the company's tools.
  3. Implement best practices for content, subject lines, timing, frequency, and format considering the customer lifecycle.
  4. Collaborate with Creative, CRM, and other teams to develop email templates for the email service provider.
  5. Approve all direct-to-customer marketing content, creative, and messaging to motivate customers and drive sales.
  6. Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines and Tone of Voice across campaigns.
  7. Measure and report on revenue and engagement, suggesting improvements to optimize cost-effectiveness and align with KPIs.
  8. Support the management of marketing agencies by providing guidance and information.
  9. Engage internal stakeholders in marketing plans promptly.
