Job description

Join Coloplast – Making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

At Coloplast, we believe in making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. We are looking for a Consumer Marketing Graduate to support our Ostomy Care (OC) and Intermittent Self-Catheterisation (ISC) product ranges. If you’re a detail-driven marketer with a passion for consumers and a curious, collaborative mindset, this is your chance to help us shape the journey for people who rely on our products every day. This is a graduate role that may be ideal for someone early on in their B2C Marketing career following graduation of a Marketing or other relevant degree.

Reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, you’ll support the implementation of consumer marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and retention. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our work reflects both our commercial priorities and the needs of our consumers.

This role offers an exciting mix of project delivery, campaign execution, and ambassador management, providing an ideal opportunity for a marketer ready to grow their skills and make an impact in a meaningful healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of consumer marketing initiatives across OC & ISC products and support new product launches.
  • Work closely with key internal teams (HCP/Product Managers, Clinical Services, Digital, Global Marketing) to deliver aligned, effective campaigns.
  • Become a champion of consumer insights bringing curiosity and analysis to understand motivations, needs, and barriers.
  • Help ensure consumer experience is central to everything we do, from communication to product use.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with new and existing Coloplast Consumer Ambassadors, ensuring they’re engaged and their stories are effectively integrated into our marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to shape engaging content for social media, print, digital campaigns, and live/online events.
  • Monitor and report on competitor campaigns and ambassador activities to ensure Coloplast remains relevant and differentiated.
  • Support ad hoc marketing tasks and projects that contribute to team goals and innovation.

What We Offer

In return, Coloplast is committed to offering you a rewarding and supportive environment where your talents are recognised and valued. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge products and solutions that make a real difference in patients' lives. We provide comprehensive training and development programs to help you excel in your role and advance your career within the organisation. Additionally, you'll receive an excellent benefits package including a healthy bonus plan, PMI and choice of company car or allowance. Join us in our mission to improve the lives of patients worldwide, and together, we'll make a meaningful difference in healthcare.

What we are looking for
  • You’re a clear communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Curious by nature, you’re eager to learn how things work and find new ways to improve them.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills – comfortable managing multiple tasks and processes.
  • Passionate about making a difference and helping people feel supported and understood.
  • Digitally fluent and confident using MS Office with an awareness of broader tech and marketing tools.
  • A team player who’s eager to share best practices and continuously grow.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc or equivalent).
  • Experience in B2C consumer marketing, ideally with a focus on brand storytelling or healthcare-related communications.
  • Solid understanding of how to use ambassador/advocate voices in campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to tracking performance and insight.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • marketing and advertising studies
